The Holly Springs mayor and board of aldermen approved $3 million in bonds to upgrade the Holly Springs Utility Department’s Ashland substation.
The Holly Springs mayor and board of aldermen approved $3 million in bonds to upgrade the Holly Springs Utility Department’s Ashland substation.
In the billing month January 2017, Holly Springs Utility Department sold 34.1 million cubic feet of gas.
It likely will be at least another year before a track will be built for use by Holly Springs School District athletes.
