New Hope Village needs volunteers

Jeff Bell, director of Bishop Houck New Hope Village, thanked the community for joining in the effort to restore and possibly expand the shelter.
He was a recent guest speaker for a Holly Springs Rotary Club meeting.
The Catholic Diocese in Jackson is trying to renovate the units and provide up to 90 days for the homeless at the village located at 488 Martin Luther King Drive in Holly Springs.
The Catholic Diocese in Jackson has helped bail the village out by paying delinquent utility bills that had accrued when the Diocese took over two years ago.
