In a 4-1 vote during a called meeting September 9, Byhalia alderman voted to rezone the area north and east of Byhalia High School to residential.
Work is underway on a new economic development project in the Town of Byhalia.
Last Friday 9/11 was remembered with a parade involving local law enforcement, fire department trucks, and emergency and rescue trucks.
Three businesses entered formal tax-related appeals before the Marshall County Board of Supervisors — Amazon, Bank of Holly Springs and Kirkwood National Golf Club.
