Byhalia Indians drop baseball games to Lafayette and Independence

The Byhalia Indians had a tough few days on the baseball diamond.
The Indians lost 12-1 and 16-0 to Lafayette on Wednesday of last week and then fell 12-1 versus Independence on Thursday, all three losses coming on the home field.
“We struggled offensively and had too many errors,” coach Hunter Gore said.
Then on Friday, Byhalia traveled to Independence and dropped an 11-1 decision.
“We are still leaving runners on base,” Gore said.
The Indians hosted a round-robin Saturday, March 11. They visited Horn Lake Tuesday, March 14, and they will host Clarksdale this Saturday.
