Lavern Sims, 75, of Byhalia, died May 22, 2018, at DeSoto Health and Rehab in Southaven. The widow of Cleveon “Grover” Sims, she was a homemaker.
Amber Lee Carpenter, 71, of Grenada, died Sunday, May 13, 2018, at her residence. She was a graduate of St. Joseph Catholic School and Memphis State University.
Virginia M. Flinchum, 82, of Waterford, died May 15, 2018, at Baptist Hospital in Oxford.
James Edward Nichols, 90, of Oxford, died May 19, 2018. He was born in Winborn and graduated from Potts Camp High School, Northwest and Ole Miss.
