| Three people died in a traffic accident Sunday, May 14, at 1:44 a.m., according to coroner James Richard Anderson. |
| The three were riding together in a vehicle on Highway 72 when it collided head-on with another vehicle, he said. |
| The accident took place in the 8000 block of Highway 72 near the state line with Tennessee, he said. |
| The three were pronounced dead on the scene by the coroner. They are the driver, Gabrielle Brewer, 18, of Falkner, and passengers Doneshia Ford, 17, and Garfield A. Campbell III., 21, both of Ripley. |
