A Holly Springs man turned himself in to sheriff Kenny Dickerson about mid-morning Saturday at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, regarding the death of his brother.
Shortly after receiving the information from the suspect, Dickerson said he called mayor Kelvin Buck and police chief Dwight Harris to notify them of the investigation.
Bryan Lee Wells, 43, of 100 Wright Street, is charged with murder in the shooting death of his brother, William Bradley Wells, 39, the sheriff said. The suspect remained in jail Tuesday under a $1 million bond set by municipal judge Amanda Smith.
