Snapped pole

William Snow, left, and Dejuan Wells, with the HollySprings Utility Department, remove a snapped utility pole from power lines on Chulahoma Avenue Friday, Oct. 15. Weight from a fallen tree west of the site transferred the pressure to this pole, and it snapped. Power was out for several hours while the Holly Springs Utility Department made repairs.
