Vega signs with Blue Mountain College

Carlos Vega, of Byhalia High School, signed a soccer scholarship with Blue MountainCollege. Vega is the second BHS student to receive a soccer scholarship. Sergeant Michael Cummings also presented Vega a $64,000 scholarship from the National Guard.
