Holly Springs High School homecoming festivities included tailgating at Sam Coopwood Park prior the football game between the Hawks and J.Z. George. The park was packed as Holly High alumni, fans and friends gathered for good food, fellowship and the football game. A couple of those at the grills are (first photo) Bobby Barksdale Jr. and (second photo) Mary Simmons. Estimated attendance Friday night for homecoming festivities was 2,000, according to principal Marcus Autry.
