Marshall Academy left Lexington Friday night looking for answers.
The Patriots took it on the chin, 64-34, in their District 1-AA opener versus Central Holmes. The Trojans scored on nine of their 10 possessions in the game.
“I can’t quite comprehend it,” coach Barrett Donahoe said. “Losing is one thing, but losing that way is another – a lot of frustration.
“It’s obvious we were not ready to play, and I’ve got to try to find the answers. We can’t keep doing things the same way. It’s a pride thing. We’ve got to figure it out.”
