Lots of teams participating in spring football jamboree at Byers May 12

H.W. Byers will host a spring football jamboree on Friday, May 12. Admission will be $5.

High school teams will run 10 consecutive plays on offense and then switch to defense to run 10 consecutive plays. Junior high teams will follow the same format.

Competition will begin at 4 p.m. on each end of the field, with varsity on the gym end and junior high on the scoreboard end.

High school games, beginning at 4 p.m. and going forward, include Holly Springs vs. West Tallahatchie, Byers vs. Potts Camp, Byhalia vs. Coffeeville, Vardaman vs. Coldwater, Holly Springs vs. Potts Camp, Byers vs. West Tallahatchie, Byhalia vs. Coldwater, Vardaman vs. Coffeeville, Holly Springs vs. Byers, Byhalia vs. Potts Camp, West Tallahatchie vs. Vardaman, Coldwater vs. Coffeeville, and then a break.
