Unfortunately, Byhalia’s shooting woes at Corinth continued in the Region 1-4A championship game.
The struggles resulted in a 61-52 loss to the host school.
“We played there three times this year (regular season and two tournament games) and we have yet to shoot the ball well there,” coach James Sales said.
The Indians, second in the district, hosted Noxubee County in the opening round of the state tournament on Tuesday of this week. With a win, they will advance to second-round competition Saturday.
