Three in a Row!
The Holly Springs High School track teams achieved a three-peat in track and field. The boys and girls claimed their third consecutive District 2-3A championships in the recent meet at Tishomingo County High School, Iuka. The Hawks and Lady Hawks are pictured before boarding the bus for the Regional Meet on Thursday, April 18, also at Tishomingo County High School. The track coaches are Clifford Brown (boys), Maxine Tucker, and Brandi Woodson (girls).

Holly Springs District Champions

The Holly Springs High School track and field girls and boys achieved a three-peat in track and field, claiming their third consecutive District 2-3A championship at the Mississippi High Schools Activities Association at Tishomingo County High School in Iuka.

The Hawks and the Lady Hawks did an outstanding job at the meet.

“I’m excited for the kids,” Holly Springs coach Clifford Brown said. “They are using their God-given talents. They are doing a phenomenal job.”

Maxine Tucker and Brandi Woodson coach the Lady Hawks.

Brown said the Hawks went on to win the Super Region.

The Hawks and Lady Hawks will compete in the North Half meet on Saturday at Winona High School. The meet starts at 11 a.m.
