DC SOX 07 wins Bombers Invitational

The DC SOX 07, a well-established travel/highly competitive softball team, just wrapped up the first full year of their 16u season with a 45-7-1 record.

The team, which originated eight years ago and consisted of coaches and players from the local area, included multiple first and secondplace finishes in college showcase tournaments and invitationals against some of the top teams from the Southeast and the United States this season.

The DC Sox will be back in action this fall as they start their second year of 16u softball. This year will be full of personal and team accomplishments as these young ladies are on the recruiting radar of many well-known college softball programs.

Thanks to the coaches and parents who have supported the DC Sox for the past eight years.
