Cardinals fall to Myrtle

Potts Camp couldn’t stop A.I. Nugent. Myrtle couldn’t stop Jabryan Pegues.

In the end, Nugent and Myrtle won out, downing Potts Camp 30-20 last Friday night.

“They ran on us; we ran on them,” said Darrow Ander­son, head coach of the Cardinals. “We couldn’t stop number 5 (Nugent).

“Against power-running teams, we are in trouble. We can’t seem to stop them.”
