Cardinals drop district game to Eagles

Markeith Washington said his Potts Camp football team is “fighting an uphill battle” offensively but showing lots of grit.

Friday night, the Cards dropped a 43-6 decision in a Region 1-1A game at Tupelo Christian.

Jacob Harrill, who had to make the shift to quarterback the previous week, was injured in the game. Alex Hawkins then moved to quarterback.
