Cardinals defeat Falkner 72-62

The Potts Camp Cardinals went into last Tuesday’s game looking to bounce back after losing the season’s first game.

The Cardinals welcome the Falkner Eagles, the home opener for the 2023-24 season.

The Cardinals jumped out to an eight-point lead in the first quarter, but the Eagles closed the gap going into halftime 27-21.

The Eagles continued to apply pressure on the Cardinals, but the Cardinals pulled away in the fourth quarter, securing the victory 72-62.
