Byers winning streak is up to 14

The red-hot H.W. Byers Lions have been on a roll, with a lot of people speculating a title run may be in the near future for the Lions.

With five games left in the regular season, the Lions, under coach Stafford, are no doubt focusing on the task. The Lions secured two impressive victories defeating Lewisburg High School at home by a final of 70-56 and winning on the road by 60 points at Coldwater High School with a final score of 98-38.

The upcoming schedule for the Lions seems favorable, but they don't plan to take their foot off the gas with the Mississippi Coliseum, best known as “the big house,” in their sights.
