Byers adds to win streak

The Lions went into Monday’s game red hot, with an impressive 9-game winning streak.
With a 55-point victory Friday, Jan. 6, on the road at Hickory Flat High School, the Lions looked to keep that momentum rolling. Byers traveled to Rossville Christian Academy for a Monday night showdown and got the victory 83-68. Chris Isom led the way with 19 points. Jabari Wright finished with 18 points.
“The kids played very hard, even with the early foul trouble,” said Byers head coach Fred Stafford. “We had a great balanced night offensively, with five guys in double figures.”
The Lions have now won ten straight games.
