BMS teams finish third in Oxford meet

The Byhalia Middle School track teams traveled to Oxford Middle School on March 22 to participate in the OMS Early Bird Track Meet.
Other middle schools participating were Oxford, South Panola, Grenada, West Point, Lafayette County, Pontotoc, Tunica and Charleston. The Byhalia girls and boys teams each competed well and finished third in their division. The girls and boys finished third behind the teams from Oxford and Pontotoc.
C.B. McClatchy, Byhalia boys track coach, said, “Our Byhalia student athletes represented themselves very well against the caliber of competition we faced in this meet.”
