All-star games Saturday

Marshall County will be well represented Saturday, June 8, in the Northeast Mississippi Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Games.

The games will be played at Booneville High School, starting at 1 p.m. with the 1A/2A girls. All participants are members of the Class of 2019 at their respective high schools.

Kylan Conners of Potts Camp will play for the 1A/2A boys red team. Coach Jeremy Dillard of Potts Camp will be one of the coaches.

Deveon Miller of Holly Springs is a member of the 3A/4A/5A/6A boys red team. Coach Sylvester Kilgore of Holly High is one of the coaches.

Playing for the 3A/4A/5A/6A boys blue team will be Jerrel Brounson, Antwon Porter and Kavonte Tunstall, all from Byhalia. One of the coaches will be Derwin Cooper of Byhalia.

Individual competition will be held on Friday night, including three-point, hot shot and dunk contests.
