Shelby Dyer to wed Austin Purvis June 15

Richard and Dana Dyer of Red Banks are happy to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Shelby M’Lyn Dyer to Timothy Austin Purvis. Austin is the son of Tim and Stacey Purvis of Medina, Tenn., and Patricia and Chad Alonso of Pontotoc.

Shelby is the granddaughter of the late Danny and Rebecca Darnell of Holly Springs and Freddie Watkins Dyer and the late Vernon Dyer of Slayden. She is a 2015 graduate of H.W. Byers High School and is employed with Northeast Mississippi Health Care Inc. in Byhalia.

Austin is the grandson of Bill and Florence Purvis of Paris, and Larry Howell of Ashland, and Staci Cochran of Blue Mountain, and Frank and Joyce Napierala of Humboldt, Tenn. He attended Potts Camp High School and is employed with Pacific Rail Services in Rossville, Tenn.

The ceremony and reception will be held at Foxfire Ranch LLC in Waterford at 5 p.m. on June 15, 2019. The couple will reside in Hickory Flat.
