Ashley Forester and Glenn Wright

Forester-Wright to wed August 12 in Oxford

Mr. and Mrs. John W. Forester Jr. of Holly Springs, announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Lynne Forester, to Glenn Douglas Wright of Madison. Glenn is the son of Rev. and Mrs. Doug Wright of Madison, formerly of Natchez.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Margaret Hart, the late Jimmie A. Hart, and the late John and Frances Forester, all of Holly Springs.

Miss Forester is a 2007 graduate of Marshall Academy in Holly Springs and a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in psychology (2013), M.Ed. in counselor education (2015) and Ed.S. in play therapy (2016). Ashley serves as statewide clinical director for Mississippi Behavioral Health Services, LLC and lives in Jackson.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Nena Wright of Batesville, Ark., (formerly of Camden, Ark.) and the late Lamar Wright, and Jimmy Burks, and the late Barbara Burks, of Camden, Ark.

Mr. Wright is the 2007 graduate of Citizen’s High School homeschool in Natchez,  and 2013 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a B.B.A. in business administration and manage­ment. Glenn owns and operates Kairos Operations in Madison.

The couple will exchange vows Saturday, August 12, 2017, at First Baptist Church in Oxford with reception to follow. The couple will reside in Jackson.
