Caitlyn Brooks, Trace Bray, Jamie Lyn Smith, Frances Varner and Will Hardman, of Cleveland, were all weekend guests of Kay and Laura Wheeler.

They were in town to attend a beautiful cocktail party honoring Caitlyn and Trace. It was held Saturday night at Montrose and hosted by Kathy and Steve Elgin and Michele and John Stuber. Montrose was beautifully decorated with boughs of holly, twinkle lights, poinsettias and gorgeous arrangements throughout. Guests enjoyed a variety of spirits and a scrumptious assortment of hors d’oeuvres. A wonderful time was had by all attendees but most especially by the bride- and groomto-be.

senior class of Mar-The shall Academy hosted the annual Christmas formal Saturday night at the Holly Springs Train Depot. Freshmen through seniors enjoyed a night of dancing and merriment.
