Tammi and Joe Benefield, Christy and Keith Owens and Lisa and Greg Shaw spent last week relaxing on the beach in Ft. Morgan, Ala. The crew began their trek with Dauphin Island in their sights. Needless to say, Hurricane Michael had other plans for them. They were stuck in Mobile for two days waiting out the storm before moving down the coastline. Amazing food and great times amongst wonderful friends were had despite the rocky beginning.
A big thank you to the senior Marshall Academy Patriot football players and cheerleaders. They played and cheered their last game on Heath Barnett Field Friday night against the Green Waves of North Delta. Regardless of the outcome, it was a great ride watching these high school athletes throughout the years! Thank you for the memories and for giving it all you had. The Patriots travel to West Point Friday night to face off with Oak Hill, the last game of the regular season which is also a conference game. Play hard and finish strong!
Happy 18th Birthday to Erin Lomenick! See photo above.
