Football playoffs began for the Marshall Academy Patriots last Friday night. In the first round, they traveled to Raymond, to match up with Central Hinds. The clock ran the majority of the game, as the Patriots struck early and often. The points put on the board by Central Hinds came late in the fourth quarter of action. One game closer.

This Friday, the Patriots travel to Rossville, Tenn., for the second round of playoffs. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. If you are a Patriot fan, it is under an hour travel time. Come on out and cheer for these boys who have worked hard all season to get to this.
