Hannah and Dakota Hoffine have been through it with baby Avery. They have traveled to have scary in utero surgery, have come home and been prayed over and prayed for by people all over this area and others. If ever it has been true, for this child we have prayed. Avery Louise made her grand appearance Friday, September 5.

She weighed 5 pounds and 6 ounces. She is small but mighty. Continued prayers for Avery and her big sister, Annslee, whom I am sure is ready to get her loving in with her baby sister.

Monday, September 8, Hope and Calub Merritt welcomed their second baby girl, Scottie Brooke. She is just as beautiful as her big sister, Charlsie. She was surrounded by family, Angie Roy, Scott Mason and great-grandparents.

Welcome to the world sweet Scottie, you are loved beyond measure.
