Last week, Marshall Academy hosted Muffins with Mom. Students enjoyed getting to school a little earlier to share a fun time with their Mamas.

Jett is a Jet. Jett Doxey Johnson from Tupelo, linebacker at Mississippi State, was selected as an undrafted free agent on Monday by the New York Jets. His name represents both great grandmothers - Jettie Tate from Tupelo and Mary Doxey from Holly Springs. His late grandmother, Sarah Doxey, graduated from Holly High School in 1950 with Bobby Seale and Ann Slayden Pringle, among others. Cheers to Jett the Jet.
