Brunch at art gallery honors Bea Green

Happiest of New Years to all of our readers, near and far. May 2020 bring everyone a sense of peace and wellness!

Congratulations to the newly-sworn-in officers in Marshall County. Monday, the courthouse was packed with both familiar and new faces ready to take their posts for four years. May each and every one of them be guided to help those in our county fairly and objectively.

Vicki Webb was honored with a birthday party New Year’s Eve at the Kate Freeman Clark art gallery. Hosts were Gerri Camurati, Mary Glen and Patrick Carlton, Vivian and Eugene Smith and Walter Webb. Guests were treated to a beautiful dinner and wonderful company. Happy belated Birthday to Vicki, the one who taught most of us the value of the English language!

Big birthday wishes to Laken Murphy, daughter of Meredith and Neil Murphy. Bea Green. Friends from all over gathered to wish Bea well and enjoyed celebrating her.

Congratulations to Dustin Bagwell, son of Midge and Mike Bagwell. He was recently named campus administrator at Ascension Christian High School. He has been a teacher and assistant softball coach at Ascension Christian High School for many years. He also owns his own business, Turn 2, where he works with youth in both baseball and softball.
