Thanksgiving holiday in Holly Springs - food, fun, friends, blues

Thanksgiving week had visitors and locals alike flurrying around town. Saturday, the square was packed with everyone showing support for shopping small and shopping locally. It was a beautiful thing to see the hustle and bustle.

Will and Kate Carlton and son, Bridger, of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, were the guests of Vicki and Walter Webb for the holidays. They were joined by Mary Glen and Patrick Carlton and children, Mary Grace and William, of Birmingham, Ala. While here, they also enjoyed visiting with Collier Carlton and even attended an awesome “concert” at the Bottomless Cup Saturday night with Duwayne Burnside and Pinkie. They rocked the inside of that establishment with amazing blues tunes.

Caitlyn and Trace Bray of Cleveland spent Thanksgiving with Kay and Laura Wheeler as well as Mary Clay and Gene Brooks and Grady.

Jordan Ladd and Josh Mask of Oxford spent the holiday weekend with Amy and Perry Mask.

Wynne Clark and son, Paxton, spent last week with Grace Bonds.

Becky Cupp hosted her family for a big Thanksgiving dinner.

Robin Seale traveled to Bentonville, Ark., to spend the holiday with Hamilton Seale Moriarty. Ben and Ann Seale and children, Aiden and Hallie, of Jackson, joined them.
