Brooke Bullock, Andy Burleson to wed Nov. 16 in Hattiesburg

Dr. and Mrs. Charles G. Bullock of Petal announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brooke, to Andy Burleson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Barry Burleson of Holly Springs.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Freeman of Ocean Springs, June Miles of Bassfield and the late Charles Bullock and Dan Miles.

Miss Bullock is a 2015 graduate of Petal High School and a 2019 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with degrees in broadcast journalism and political science. She is a member of Delta Gamma fraternity. She is employed with Girl Scouts Heart of the South in Tupelo.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Philip M. Hefley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilburn Burleson.

Mr. Burleson is a 2012 graduate of Marshall Academy and a 2016 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in communication studies. He is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He is employed with Renasant Bank in Tupelo.

The wedding will take place Saturday, Nov. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Ogletree House on the campus of the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. A reception will follow.

After a honeymoon cruise to Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico, the couple will make their home in Tupelo.
