Anne Greer and Welles Anderson to exchange vows September 30 at First United Methodist Church

Mr. John Robert Greer Sr. and Ms. Leanne Bounds Greer are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Miss Martha Joanne Greer to Mr. William Gaylord Welles Anderson of Okolona.

Miss Greer is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Aquilla Greer of Holly Springs. Her maternal grandmother is Mrs. Edward Holder Bounds. Her maternal grandfather is the late Mr. Edward Holder Bounds of Holly Springs

She graduated in 2011 from Marshall Academy and attended Southwest Community College in Memphis, Tenn., and Mississippi State University in Starkville.

She is associated with Regel and Company in Holly Springs.

Mr. Anderson is the son of Mrs. Amy Welles Anderson of Okolona and the late Mr. James Granville Anderson Jr. His paternal grandparents are  Mrs. James Granville Anderson Sr. of Okolona and the late Mr. Anderson. His maternal grandparents are Mrs. William Gaylord Welles of Arcadia, Fla., and the late Mr. Welles.

He graduated in 2004 from Oak Hill Academy in West Point. He earned an associate degree from East Mississippi Community College in Scooba and attended Mississippi State University in Starkville.

He is associated with Global Industries in Aberdeen.

The couple will exchange vows on September 30, 2017, at First United Methodist Church in Holly Springs.
