Thank you, Alliance, for efficient, professional service
Dear Editor, I recently had an appointment to get my COVID-19 shot. I have heard a lot of horror stories about this process in our surrounding towns and communities, so I really didn't know what to expect.
I arrived at Alliance Health Care System to get my shot. What I found was a "well-oiled machine." The staff was organized, in place and ready to give the shots. They were all knowledgeable, kind and totally professional through the entire process, and it was a short process with no glitches.
Thank you to Dr. Kenneth Williams and his entire staff for providing a completely efficient and professional service.
We are lucky and blessed to have all of you here in Marshall County.
