Letter to the Editor

To the Editor:

As fire chief of the Byhalia Volunteer Fire Department and on behalf of its dedicated, hard-working men and women, we would like to thank all the citizens of Byhalia, Marshall County, and the surrounding areas who helped support our organization last weekend at our yearly boot drop  Saturday, Oct. 21, at the intersection of Highway 309 and Church Street.

The funds raised will help our organization with training costs so our firefighters can be more prepared to help protect life and property within our service area and any parts of Marshall County that we may be called to serve.
