Pleasant experience in Holly Springs

Holly Springs should be very proud of some of its citizens. My husband and I stopped for dinner on Friday, Nov. 4, and hit a pot hole with our RV. This caused our tailpipe and muffler to come loose and drag under the RV.

We called AAA but the man they sent was unable to repair it. We also called Two Brothers muffler repair. The girl (Kaitlin) in the service area said the repair department was closed but they would be open again at 7 a.m.

We ate dinner at Panda Buffet, where we had come just after the pot hole. The folks in there were very helpful and allowed us to use their restrooms and phone book. We ended up spending the night in that parking lot.

Kaitlin was later driving by and saw our RV still there. She stopped to tell us that she would be sure the mechanics at Two Brothers knew about our problem first thing in the morning. True to her word, we had help before 7 a.m. on Saturday. They did a temporary fix which allowed us to drive the RV to their shop. They had us back on the road just before 10 a.m. and did not overcharge us for the repair.

Also, at McDonald’s across the road, Kimberly was especially nice with my coffee order and later the breakfast items. Our experience in Holly Springs was totally pleasant under rather bad circumstances.

Sincerely,
David and Diana French
