The Marshall Academy varsity cheer squad attended camp last week at Arkansas State. The girls received the gold ribbon for their sideline cheer while there.

Congratulations to Molly Burch, Abby Busby and Addi Durham for being chosen as All-American Cheerleaders at the conclusion of the week. Be looking for this amazing group of cheerleaders when football season kicks off!

Grady Brooks and Thomas Stewart spent the weekend in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla.

Also, Carpenter Farms stand is bustling with to die for tomatoes and the sweetest seedless watermelons one can take. They are enormous melons and truly do not need but a sprinkle of salt for those of us who enjoy salt on melons.
