Stanley Payne, 56, of Holly Springs, died Sept. 8, 2017, at Holly Springs Health and Rehab. A church usher, he was a graduate of Holly Springs High School.
Carolyn Holt Phillips, 88, of Hot Springs, Ark., died Sept. 8, 2017, in Hot Springs. She was the widow of Randolph Holt and Dave Phillips and a Baptist.
