Candy Rochelle Rowland Summers, 49, of Byhalia, died Feb. 8, 2019, at North Methodist Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., after battling a long-term illness.
Floyd Joe Culver, 83, of Waterford, died Feb. 22, 2019, at Great Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Byhalia. He was a Pentecostal and an auto body mechanic.
