Willie William "Bud"Hawk

Willie William "Bud" Hawk, 69, of Holly Springs, died Sept. 17, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was a member of Street Hill Primitive Baptist Church, and was a retired factory worker for National Starch & Chemical in Memphis.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Sept. 26 from 2-5 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 27 at Street Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Holly Springs. Rev. Joe Richmond will officiate.

He leaves his wife, Alice Tunstall Hawk of Holly Springs; three daughters, Rachel Ingram, Chiquita Hawk, Rachunda Hawk, all of Holly Springs; a son, DeMarcus Newsom of Holly Springs; three sisters, Ollie Holloway of Holly Springs, Mae Hawk and Genella Hopkins, both of Byhalia; two brothers, Joseph Brown of St. Louis, Mo., and Ellis Faulkner of Chicago, Ill.
