Willie Roberts Jr.

Willie Roberts Jr., 77, of Ashland, formerly of Holly Springs, died May 17, 2018 at Ashland Health and Rehab. He was a member of Jones Grove M.B. Church where he served as an usher. He was retired from Sunbeam Inc.

Visitation will be Friday, May 25 from 2-6 p.m. at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home; and Saturday, May 26 from 10-10:55 a.m. at Concord M.B. Church, Slayden. Services will be at 11 a.m. Rev. John Powell will officiate. Burial will be in Concord M.B. Church cemetery.

He leaves his wife Ardelia Jeffries Roberts; one son, Willie Earl Roberts of Memphis, Tenn.; five sisters, Margaret Goodwin of Moscow, Tenn., Mamie Webb of Michigan City, Betty Ann Patterson of Ashland, Alice Roberts  and Evangelist Maggie Houston, both of Memphis; three brothers, Charles Roberts of Lamar, Jerry Roberts of Memphis, and Kennedy Roberts of Moscow; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Moses Roberts and Louis Roberts.
