Willie C. Pitts

Willie C. Pitts, 71, of Imoden, Ark., formerly of Rossville, Tenn., died June 11, 2023, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was a line supervisor at Memphis Light, Gas and Water.

Services were held at 2:30 p.m. on June 17 at New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries. Rev. J.W. Smith Jr. officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Kathlina Marie Pitts; daughters, Melissa Malone of Holly Springs, Teresa Page, Cassandra Hunt, Shequita Watkins, all of Memphis; sons, Antonio Hunt of Memphis, John Reaves of Oklahoma City, Okla., Phillip Walter of Eads, Tenn., Willie C. Vester of Memphis; sisters, Mattie Walton of Rossville, Tenn., Doris Coston of Cordova, Tenn., Dorothy Jean Maclin of Rossville, Elise Wright of Destin, Fla.; brother, Eddie D. Pitts Jr. of Memphis; several grand and great-grandchildren.
