Willie "Bill" C. Vaughn Sr.

Willie "Bill" C. Vaughn Sr., 86, of Holly Springs, died July 17, 2019. The widower of Mary Allen Vaughn, he was a member of Healing Hands Deliverance Ministries.

Services were held at 1 p.m. on July 25 at Adolphus Chapel CME Church. Minister Kelvin LeSure officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves five daughters, Willie Mae (Joseph B.) LeSure of Holly Springs, Everlener Ferrell of Decatur, Ga., Shirley Ann Vaughn of DeKalb, Ill., Emmer Jean (Jerry) Stewart of DeKalb, Ga., Monkeshia (Robert) Bell of Memphis, Tenn.; four sons, William Lewis (Joann) Vaughn of Memphis, Willie C. Vaughn Jr. of DeKalb, Ill., Lee Edward Vaughn of Aurora, Ill., Larry Vaughn of Holly Springs; two sisters, Irene Jones and Mary Lee (Joe) Turnage, both of Holly Springs; two sisters-in-law, Susie B. Vaughn and Morristine Vaughn, both of Holly Springs; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and greatgreat-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three sons, Lee Ester Vaughn, Charlie B. Vaughn and Jamie Lee Vaughn; three brothers, Truman Vaughn, Booker T. Vaughn Jr. and Royal Lee Vaughn; three sisters, Cassie Lee Vaughn, Clara L. Balfour and Aslean Lawson; and four grandchildren, Sandra K. Robinson, Antron Vaughn, Jarvis Vaughn and Zacchaeus LeSure.
