William Manning Jr.

William Manning Jr, 67, of Holly Springs, died October 9, 2021, at his home. He was a retired fork lift operator.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Oct. 15 from 1-5:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Oct. 16 at Cottrell Memorial Garden in Holly Springs. Brother Jivaro Jones will officiate.

He leaves his wife, Glenda Jones Manning; three daughters, Rhoda of Olive Branch, Robyn and Rhonda, both of Holly Springs; three sons, DeWard of Calif., DeShawn of Ill., Jivaro "Bo" of Holly Springs; six sisters, Mae Della Green of Ind., Gracie Jones of Memphis, Tenn., Christine Peyton, Dianne Manning, Delois Manning all of Rockford, Ill., Janice McNeil of Holly Springs; four brothers, Robert Manning, Edgar Manning, Oscar Manning, all of Holly Springs, Eddie Manning of Rockford; and 16 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Mozella Moton, Lorene Manning, James Manning and Hazy Manning.
