William Evans Stacy Sr., 87, of Byhalia, died January 10, 2024, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was a warehouse manager with NAPA.
Services are incomplete at this time. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves two sons, William Stacy Jr. (Paula), Jimmy Stacy, both of Byhalia; daughter, Cheryl Anne Roberts of Holly Springs; brother, Wylie Stacy of Sulphur Rocks, Ark.; sister, Jeanette Cooley of Germantown, Tenn.; eight grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Penny Charlet Stacy.
