William Davis

William Davis, 37, of Waterford, died June 3, 2021, at his home. He was a member of Word of Life Holiness Church in Memphis, Tenn.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on June 11 at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home Chapel. Co-pastor Josephine Cunningham officiated. Burial was in Chulahoma MB Church Cemetery.

He leaves a daughter, Miajzia Davis of Tupelo; mother, Joilyn Ann Davis of Waterford; three sisters, LaQuesha Davis of Waterford, Latoya Pryor (Lakeydrick) of Byhalia, Latasha Davis of Holly Springs; three brothers, Nicholas Davis (Twanise) of Lake Center, Brandon Davis of Waterford, Roy Davis of Memphis; and godparents, Bertha and Roy Harp.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Davis Jr.; a son, Tyrek Davis; grandmothers, Rebecca Baringer, Loretha Davis; grandfathers, Ester T. Davis and Willie Shields.
