Verlean Jones Echols Toles

Verlean Jones Echols Toles, 82, of Holly Springs, died July 15, 2019, at her home. The widow of Clyde Toles, she was a member of Providence MB Church and a retired line woker from Emerson Electric.

Visitation will be held on July 21 from 1-4 p.m. at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home, and July 22 from 12-12:55 p.m. at New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries. Services will be at 1 p.m. Rev. Joe T. Lester will officiate. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery.

She leaves three daughters, Dorlean Reese of Olive Branch, Celestine Echols of Jackson, Shirley Echols of Aurora, Ill.; three sons, Deloyise Echols of Alder Stadt, Germany, Michael Echols of Memphis, Tenn., Oliver Echols of Holly Springs; three sisters, Veonnie Taylor of Memphis, Tenn., Lurine Beard, Mae Ella Tuggles, both of Indianapolis, Ind.; three brothers, Ezekiel Jones Jr. of Flint, Mich., Crawford Jones of Indianapolis, Marshall Jones of Aurora, Loranzo Harper of Holly Springs; 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Ivy Fiddis and one son, Adolph Echols.
