Trent Thomas Johnson, 70, of Como, died July 14, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. He was a member of Como United Methodist Church, a retired utilities manager for both the Town of Byhalia and City of Booneville. He was a former fire chief for the Town of Byhalia.
Services were held at 2 p.m. On July 17 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
He leaves his wife of 40 years, Jane Mills Johnson; son, Daniel Johnson of Como; two brothers, Fred Johnson (Joan) of Oxford, Lake Johnson (Marilyn) of Waterford; sister, Sue Hensley (Travis) of Mooresville, Ala.
He was preceded in death by siblings, Hoyt Johnson and Nell Schmitt.
