Tequila Courvoisier Williams

Tequila Courvoisier Williams, 34, of Ashland, died July 1, 2023, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was a member of St. Luke C.O.G.I.C. in Ashland where she sang in the choir and was a Sunday School teacher. She worked at NIKE Adapt in Byhalia.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on July 14 from 3-6 p.m. and on July 15 at St. Luke Church of God in Christ from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. Robert Odum will officiate. Burial will be in Macedonia CME Church Cemetery in Ashland.

She leaves her children, Aa’Niyya Williams, Za’Kareeya Williams, Ka’Terrious Williams, all of Ashland; mother, Shelia Marie Williams of Ashland; father, Rev. Gerald K. Smith of Ripley; sister, Veronica Moore of Ashland; brothers, Marcus Williams of Memphis, Tenn. and Gerald Batie of Tupelo.
