A. T. James Bertrue Kinard Jr.

A.T. James Bertrue Kinard Jr., 67, of Baton Rouge, La., formerly of Holly Springs, died Sept. 25, 2020, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, La. He grew up in Holly Springs and attended Asbury United Methodist Church.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Oct. 3 at Cottrell Memorial Garden in Holly Springs. Minister Ramon Demetrius Bing officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Timica Kinard of St. Francesville, La.; a daughter, Brae' Leigh Kinard, of St. Francesville; a son, Akil Nigoz'i Kinard (Briseis Alexandra) of Baton Rouge; a brother, Christian James Parker of Orange County, Calif.; a sister, Alicia Marie Bing (Roman) of Martinez, Ga.; and two granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Jean Williamson.
